Claudia Sweeten is the half-sister of actress Madylin Sweeten and late actor Sawyer Sweeten. Both Madylin and Sawyer were part of CBS series; Everybody Loves Raymond.

She was born to mother Elizabeth Grace Gini and father Jerry Gini. After dating for a few years, the couple tied wedding knots in 2017. 

Jerry is her mother’s second husband. Before Elizabeth walked the aisle with him, she was married to Timothy Lynn Sweeten.

Her brother Sawyer was not himself for a few days as he was fighting depression. On April 23, 2015, he shot himself to death with a handgun.

As per the statement of family members, Sawyer was fighting depression, and he also had mental issues in the past.

Due to mental issues, he had to be on medication in his early days. 

A few days after Sawyer’s death, his mother opened about the final days of his life with Larry King Now.  In the interview, she said that he had a conversation with his father, where he called himself evil and undeserving to live.
