Zackariah Darring is an entrepreneur mainly famous as the husband of American singer-songwriter, actress, and television personality Keke Wyatt.

He held her hand while she was going through a rough time

Wyatt was having a rough time in 2017. 

Her then 14-year-old son was battling with cancer, and her second marriage to Michael Jamar Ford, an ordained minister who was also a part of the reality show R&B Divas was falling apart while she was eight months pregnant with his child. 

She took her Instagram to share that her then-husband was asking her for divorce, calling her an emotional wreck while she was eight months pregnant with their son and while she was dealing with her son battling cancer. 

When Ford left Wyatt for another girl when she was dealing with so much, Darring held her hand, marrying her in October 2018 in Indianapolis. 

Wyatt, during an interview, could not stop gushing about her new husband. 

She said she reached out to Darring, her childhood ex-boyfriend, and asked what he was up to and how he was doing, not looking for anything. 

She didn’t know if he was dating anyone. She was just saying, “Hey,” and he was like, Girl, what’s up? and she was like, “O Jesus,” she recalled.

She went on to say that she could count on Darring. He will never tell her he is tired of dealing with her, her pregnancy, and her son’s cancer battle. 

Wyatt also shared about her son’s cancer battle. 

The hardest part about dealing with Cancer as a mother was she thought he was going to die because she could not fix it. 

But the good news is that her son has healed of cancer. He is now cancer free.

He is the father of two and step-father to 9

Darring welcomed his first child, a baby boy Ke ‘Riah Darring, with his wife Wyatt on the 6th of January, 2020. 

He became a father for the second time, welcoming a second baby boy, Ke’ Ziyah Jean Darring, in May 2022. 

Their second son Ke’Ziyah was diagnosed with Trisomy 13, also called Patau Syndrome, a genetic disorder caused by having an extra copy of chromosome 13. 

On the 10th of February, 2023, Wyatt took her Instagram to share that they were on the way to the hospital once again, taking their youngest. 

In the EMS back to the PICU, she captioned the short clip asking the fans to pray for the little one.

Besides that, Darring is also a stepfather to 9 kids born to his wife from her previous marriages. 

Wyatt has three children, two sons and a daughter, from her first marriage to Rahmat Morton. 

She was pregnant with a fourth child by the end of the marriage but sadly suffered a stillbirth. 

From her second marriage to Michael Jamar Ford in 2010, she gave birth to their five children. Altogether, Darring gave birth 11 times. 

His wife stabbed her ex-husband

Before marrying him, his wife was married twice. 

She was just 18 when she married for the first time to her first ex-husband Rahmat Morton, her road manager. 

However, their married life was filled with extreme domestic violence. 

It reached an extent that at one point, she stabbed her then-husband with a steak knife on Christmas Day.

During an interview with Essence, when she was asked if she would ever live down the stabbing incident, she said it was to defend herself and protect her children. 

She said that her life was in danger, explaining that the average person isn’t going to stab someone for the heck of it and that people won’t understand until they walk in her shoes. 

She said she felt so bad for what she did but couldn’t let it consume her.
