Willow Banks is a sixth-born child to a celebrity father who is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter, Lil Durk. India Royale is the kids' mother.

Her parents are finally engaged to be married

Lil finally proposed to his longtime girlfriend Royale during the concert in Chicago in the presence of his fans and all his kids. 

During his concert that was held in December 2021 at the United Center, Lil took Royale on the stage where he kept singing and whispered something in her ear and then pointing at the back, he said something, and she went towards. 

When she turned around, he was already on his one knee with a beautiful engagement ring in his hand. He said he loved her to death.

According to her, Willow was born a month earlier than her due date because her iron was too low, and she needed a blood transfusion which she ended up getting on 30th October and got induced right after and gave birth to Willow on 31st October. 

Talking about the labor, she said it wasn’t that hard after she got the epidural, but she revealed she endured a lot of pain. 

She inserted a clip of her video of the delivery process. Throughout her delivery, Lil was there though he looked a bit scared, and India patiently gave birth. There was no screaming, nothing at all.

A new member of the family 

Willow, along with her sister Skyler welcomed the new member of the family in January, and they were very excited to welcome a sweet puppy named Bubbles. 

In her YouTube channel, India shared the video where Willow and Skyler were seen enjoying and playing with their new member. She shared the whole video of setting up the playpen for Bubbles.

Durk’s N-word controversy?

Recently, Willow’s dad was surrounded by controversy. It’s been stated that social media is not at all happy with the artist. 

It all began when Lil told his fellow artists, including Kendrick Lamar, a Pulitzer Prize-winning star, to do a project with Morgan Wallen. 

Well, the countryside artist then got into a controversy after a video of him using the N-word was published. 

When Lil was asked about Morgan’s unpopular usage of the derogatory term and if he should not be canceled. 

Moreover, Lil also closed up the idea of pointing out Morgan was racist. Not only this, Lil explained that he is not racist. Morgan is his boy. 

He also reveals that he and Morgan had a long conversation. 

Also, telling that he suffered from the public situation and in support of Morgan, Lil said that he vouches for him, claiming him to be a good person. 

Lil didn’t stop here but continued saying that the other artists in this music industry should embrace Morgan too. 

Lil also expressed the idea of Morgan getting involved in the project with Lamar as Morgan had the desire to do so. 

Right after expressing his idea on the platform, the social media critics were not happy regarding it, as seen Lil is supporting Morgan Wallen. 

The social media critics expressed their views with grievances. Not only this, one of the users on Twitter mentioned that both of them have now canceled. 

People uploaded their views claiming that it is an embarrassing moment, like the person who was captured saying the N-word last year to get profit off of their culture. 

Another person popped up, questioning whether there was any point as to how they suffered last year. 

People even questioned, saying that Lil shared a close bond with Morgan, so for this reason, you want the culture to get involved to work with him? 

People then commented there’s makes no sense and even claimed that they take the audience as a joke. 

Morgan was surrounded by a viral video where he used dirty words and racist terms. 

Nevertheless, he apologized for his disgusting behavior and even promised to give $500,000 amount as a donation to Black-Led organizations. 

As of now, it is still not clear if he did complete his promise.
