When William was 19 years old, he was charged with misdemeanor assault. 

He was suspected of assaulting a female flight attendant “by aggressive physical force” on a jet bound for Charlotte Douglas International Airport in North Carolina. 

As per Herald-Leader, he was further accused of “underage drinking, disorderly conduct and being intoxicated and disruptive.”

In 2015, he received a citation for DUI (Driving Under Influence of Alcohol) and not having car insurance when his Honda Ridgeline rear-ended a parked vehicle in Lexington. 

As per the Lexington Herald-Leader report, the cops found him in the driver’s seat hostile and aggressive with a strong odor of alcohol. 

He was kept at the hospital for facial injuries and had not been taken to jail.
