Vladimir Ivic

Vladimir Ivic, a Yugoslavian born, is the head coach at Watford. He was a former manager at Maccabi Tel Aviv, has won the league twice. 

A former attacking midfielder, Vladimir is also the brother of IIija Ivic, who is a former professional striker and is the technical director of AEK Athens.

In 2017, the playoff match between Panathinaikos and PAOK was canceled when the players got involved in a fight. 

A few moments later, Ivic fell on the ground wounded after being hit by the full beer can. 

He was admitted to a hospital in Athens where two stitches were needed to close the wound. As a result, Panathinaikos faced a heavy fine.

Vladimir started his professional career from his senior debut at Proleter Zrenjanin and was later transferred to Partizan for six years.

 His contribution helped the team to win three championship titles with two domestic cups. 

Before putting his foot into management over PAOK's under-20, he played for PAOK for four seasons. 

His management proved impressive when he led his team to win the league title in his first year. 

After his three successive seasons, he was appointed as a manager of the PAOK football club in 2016- 2017, where the club won the Greek Cup under his management. 

After that, he started managing Maccabi Tel Aviv. His two years was another spectacular season, having won twice the Israeli Premier League and Toto Cup.
