Tom credits his parents for his work ethics

Tom is known for his work ethic, and he credits his parents for that.

According to Tom, his father worked as a purchasing agent for a steel company while his mother worked for the state of Connecticut in licensing, and both were hardworking.

Besides that, they also taught their kids to live the right way, do the right things, treat people the right way, and set an example in themselves.

As parents, they never forced their kids into sports and had been supportive of their decisions.

But he was a fan of St. Bonaventure and the Chicago Bulls. As per Tom, they never discouraged him while he toiled as an assistant.
