Taylor Pippen is famous as a celebrity kid. She is the daughter of an American former basketball player, Scottie Pippen.
Considered one of the greatest basketball players of all time, Pippen played 17 seasons with NBA, out of which he played nine with Chicago Bulls winning six championships.

Her parents never married
Her parents, Scottie and Susan Roby, were in a relationship, but they never married.
Her father, in an interview, denied having a relationship with her mother and also said that he made a big mistake that he could not undo, so he had to move on.
He did not accept her and her twin sister and even denied a paternity test initially, but he later had to admit it as a DNA test proved him to be their father.
Soon after the birth, he started dating Yvette De Leon and got engaged. They gave birth to their daughter Sierra Pippen. Sierra is a year younger than Taylor.
A long messy court battle followed after her father refused to take responsibility for her.
According to the Associated Press, her father was ordered to pay her mom $10,000 to cover her hospital fees.
And also, her mother demanded $11,500 for child support because she believed her daughter also deserved a lifestyle like her half-sister Sierra was getting.
The case was later settled, and also her father agreed to put her into NBA health policy.
A tough upbringing
Though her father is considered the best player, he could not be the best father.
Taylor had a tough upbringing growing up because she never got her father’s love which she deserved.

She had an elder half-brother Antron Pippen born to her father from his first marriage to Karen McCollum in 1987, whom he divorced three years later.
Antron tragically passed away in 2021 at the age of 31 after suffering from chronic asthma.
Besides that, she has three younger half-siblings, two sisters, and three brothers.
Her half-sister Sierra was born to her father with his ex-fiancee Yvette De Leon, while three of her half-brothers, Scotty Pippen Jr., Preston Pippen, and Justin Pipen, and sister Sophia Pippen, were born to her father from his second marriage to second ex-wife Larsa Pippen.
