Her husband Len Goodman is a professional ballroom dancer, judge, and coach as well.

Before marrying his love of the life of Sue Goodman, he has had two relationship failed.
Earlier, he married his dancing partner Cherry Kingston on April 27, 1972.

Len met Sue in the Golf Club.
They got to know each other, and later he offered her job as he needed someone to help him in dancing school.
She was also a dancing teacher by profession. That common thing between them helped each other to get closer.
They dated to ten long years before getting married.
They both got married in a private ceremony at Dining Club Mosimann’s in Belgravia.
The 30 guest who was present there has no idea nor his girlfriend Sue that they are about to see a wedding happening between Len and Sue.
He had only told her mother, who was 96-year-old so that she won’t get shocked and have a heart attack with this news.
He invited a guest by writing a note saying,
”Len and Sue are having a do, a bite to eat and drink. Christmas is time to share, and it wouldn’t be right if you’re not there. Please come to Mosimann’s at 1 Pm and have a bite to eat.’
But everyone was shocked and happy to see them getting married and wish them the best for the future.
The wedding took place on December 30, 2012. She was 47-year-old at that time.
They are happy and living their best life together.
