Silvina Cabrera is the loving mother who gave birth to an Argentine football star, Lisandro Martinez, who currently plays for Eredivisie club Ajax and the Argentina national team mainly as a center-back.
Cabrera was a road worker in their hometown Gualeguay.
Married to her husband
She is happily married to her husband, Raul Martinez. From their marital union, they gave birth to two beautiful children, a son Lisandro and a daughter.
Both husband and wife worked hard to provide food on the table. Raul worked as a cleaner.

Lisandro was just 21 when he arrived at Ajax after he played for his hometown club Newell’s Old Boys and Defensa y Justicia.

He said he began to feel good after pre-season. Lisandro adapted Ajax’s system without much knowledge of English, observing and learning from the players.
He believes one has to do extras yourself for a new position though the club provides the information, so he watches football all the time and observes players in all the positions, and looks at how they move.
Every minute detail he watches and loves the detail about the players. He said in one of the interviews,
We Argentines do everything with passion, and when I got out on the pitch, I fight for every ball.
Since he arrived at the club, he has won two Eredivisie titles and one KNVB Cup. He was awarded Ajax Player of the Year.
He is called the Canisero–the Butcher of Amsterdam because of his aggressive style of play and fighting spirit.
Lisandro is joining Manchester United
When top clubs like Arsenal and Manchester United were eyeing him, Lisandro is now all set to join Manchester United and reunite with his former boss Erik ten Hag.
Lisandro is the third signing of the United boss Hag after Tyrell Malacia and Christian Eriksen.
He jetted off to Manchester United to complete his transfer move procedure.

Lisandro expressed his happiness in playing for the club. He said he could not wait to get started with the special club.
Though he had the privilege of playing at Old Trafford multiple times but to do it in the red shirt of United will be a wonderful feeling, he added.
Gushing about his former boss Hag, he said that since he has seen Hag’s work at Ajax and knows the level of detail and preparation he and his staff put into every day.

In an interview, Lisandro said he inherited talent from his mom Silvina who he says is also a good footballer and still plays football.

He added to say that next to her work which indeed was a very hard job, she is a fantastic midfielder and insisted despite being older these days, she continues to play football.
