Shanna Underwood Means is best known as the sister of Carrie Underwood.

Shanna was born in 1970 to her father, Stephan Underwood, and her mother, Carole Underwood. 

She has two younger siblings: Stephanie Shelton and Carrie. 

Shanna has been married to Martin Means and has three children together: a daughter Breanna Means and sons, Cody Means and Max Means.

Carrie is an American singer who came into the limelight after appearing and winning the fourth season of American Idol, which was aired in 2005.

She was born on 10th March 1983 in Muskogee, Oklahoma, United States of America. 

She was raised in Checotah, which is a farm town that has more than 3000 residents. 

She had a beautiful voice that grabbed others' attention from time to time. 

After completing high school and nearly topping her class, she was ready to give up on her musical dreams.

In 2008, Carrie’s bass player introduced her to the former NHL player Mike Fisher. They first met at one of Woodmans’s concerts in the same year. 

They eventually hit it off and got engaged on 20th December 2009. They officially tied the knot on 10th July 2010 at the Ritz-Carlton Lodge in Greensboro, Georgia. 

They have two children together. They had their first child Isaiah Micheal Fisher in 2015. 

Later in 2018, Underwood made it to her Instagram to announce her second pregnancy. 

She posted a video saying that she, Mike, and Isaiah were completely over the moon to be adding another fish to their pond. 

She also revealed that the little fish would be named Jacob Bryan Fisher. Jacob was born on 21st January 2019.

Carrie's husband, Mike Fisher, aka Michael Andrew Fisher, is a former Canadian ice hockey center who played for the Ottawa Senators and Nashville Predators in NHL. 

He became a United States citizen on 21st March 2019. Carrie and her family also pet a new puppy, Charlotte "Charlie" Nilla Fisher. 

Carrie had met Nilla when people at "Pawsitive Impact NC Dog Rescue" brought her to the venue. They already had two dogs before her: Penny and Zero.

CARRIE’S HEARTBREAKING REVELATIONS IN 2017

In an interview with CBS Sunday Morning, she revealed that she had suffered three miscarriages over two years. 

This had happened after she fell outside her home while taking her dogs outside on lease and missed a step which resulted in a broken wrist and sutures around her mouth. 

She disclosed that the incident had delayed her next album release. She professed her sufferings in her sixth album, “Cry Pretty.”
