Again on the 31st of December, the whole family tested negative. Therefore, considering the original report to be false, Ralph was back to work.

Sandra is the mother of her two sons, Patrick and Philipp, whom she shares with her husband, Ralph. 

Her elder son Patrick, born in 1997, is a professional footballer and is currently playing for Liga club SpVgg Unterhaching having previously played for Ingolstadt 04 II and Turkgucu Munchen.

While her other son Philipp who is two years younger than Patrick, has chosen his career outside football.

Ralph has become one of the successful managers, and it was not an overnight success. 

He confessed to not being highly talented in football but was very hardworking. Though he did not have a stunning playing career, his hunger to learn more and get better motivated him to work harder that made him better and better. 

He never stopped learning. He describes his success as the result of hard work on the pitch, which is unstoppable when their games flow. 

Ralph led his former club, RB Leipzig, to a second-place finish in the 2016-17 season and eventually led to the Champions League and Europa League quarter-final. 

After taking over Southampton, he secured the premier league status in 2019 and finished the season in 16th place, and in 2020 finished in 11th place, which was their best finish in three seasons. 

However, the 2020-21 season was finished in 15th place though they briefly topped the Premier League table at the start.

Ralph wants to be known by his name, not by Klopp

Ralph is given the nickname "The Alpine Klopp" because of his similar playing tactics of winning back to possession immediately after losing possession of the ball rather than falling back to regroup.

Also, they share a close relationship. But he is not glad about the nickname provided. He wants to be his character and to be known by his name. 

According to him, his ultimate goal is to get his name known in the Premier League, and his decision to join Southampton to get progressed personally.
