Following the two accusations, he was arrested and charged with actual bodily harm. 

On February 1, 2019, he appeared at District A Magistrates Court before Acting Magistrate Anika Jackson, where he denied all the charges against him. 

He was then granted $1000 bail and ordered to attend his next hearing that was to be taken place on June 6.
