Rebeca Tavares

Rebeca Tavares is the beautiful wife of Brazilian football star Fabio Henrique Tavares mainly known as Fabinho. 

Fabinho plays as a midfielder for Liverpool and the Brazil national team. Rebeca was born in Brazil. She was six years old when the family moved to Spain. 

She is the youngest daughter born to her parents, Andrea Sarmento and Rogerio Da Silva Sarmento.

She is a retired footballer.

Growing up, Rebeca enjoyed watching football with her parents and fell in love with it after watching Ronaldinho. It was his style that captivated her.

Married to her dream man

She met her future husband in 2013 while he was playing as a loanee for Real Madrid from Rio Ave. 

On New Year's day of 2015, Fabinho popped the question to his queen. 

Rebeca captured the beautiful moment and shared it on her Instagram, where her man was seen with a diamond ring kneeling on one knee. 

The caption on her post read that she was getting married to the man of her dream, and they were starting a year by getting engaged. 

She also wrote that he took her by surprise, wearing slippers to walk around the house and not making a sound which, according to her, was perfect, better than she dreamed of. 

They started the year being engaged, and at the end of the year, on the 22nd of December got married.

Her husband warned her about her social media posts.

Rebeca is actively involved in social media, mainly on Twitter, where she is seen interacting with fans. 

Though her spouse is not that much active on social media, he said he sometimes hears about it that she has posted something and whenever he gets to know she has posted something, he always asks her to be cautious of what she is posting. 

It feels good that the fan seems to love her, he added.

Expecting a baby boy 

Rebeca, with her spouse, is soon going to be her parents. They are expecting a baby boy. 

Rebeca shared the good news via her Instagram, announcing they are soon going to welcome a baby boy Israel.

Fabinho is excited and can’t wait to welcome a little Scouser. 

He said he and Rebeca are very happy about having a little Scouser and that it will be a new challenge for him and Rebeca and hopes other family members will understand when he talks.

Her heartfelt message to her father-in-law

Her father-in-law Joao Roberto Tavares passed away back in August 2021, and it was Rebeca who shared the news via her Instagram with a heartfelt message. 

She expressed her gratitude to God for giving her the privilege of getting to know her father-in-law.

She added he would be missed and forever be remembered with that smile and that passion and that his grandchildren would know the exact grandfather they had. 

She also assured taking care of his son.
