That's why they moved to Atlanta. The individuals were busy on their own lives where PJ was attending Morehouse College and Kortni with family in the new location. 

They met later in Atlanta. PJ had stated that meeting after so many years, it was a different feeling as she had grown up to be a beautiful woman. 

They fell in love and began their relationship sooner.

Hosted a Christmas Wedding

After turning their friendship into love, PJ and Kortni took a decision to step further and turned this togetherness official forever. 

They chose December 25, 2008, on a Christmas Day to tie the knot. Well, the details of their event are not disclosed yet.

PJ originally belongs to New Orleans, Louisiana. He was born to a father named Paul S. Morton, a Canadian American gospel singer and founder of the Full Gospel Baptist Church and his mother, Dr. Debra Brown Morton, served as a pastor of the same church. 

He attended St. Augustine High School and Morehouse College back then. In 2010, he gave a shot for the post of keyboardist and rap vocalist for the Maroon 5 band. 

No doubt, he gave an outstanding performance. Since then, he began to perform for the band and became a full-time member. 

Besides this, he also got an opportunity to work with two production companies named Soothe Your Soul and Young Money Entertainment.
