His mother, while appearing on The Howard Stern Show back in 2016, recalled how his father succeeded in winning her heart. 

According to her, she and Sudeikis met for the very first time at Saturday Night Live after-party. 

She was standing there where everyone was taking the dance floor, and Sudeikis came over to her and said, “Whatever you are looking for, you don’t need it. 

That was the greatest line of all time where it was like, he understood her. 

She went on to say that he really played cool by not texting her for a month after getting her number. 

She was like, “Did Sudeikis die because she didn’t have any texts from him? 

She said he didn’t kiss her until the fourth day, and when he did on the fourth day, she was head over heels.

He has a younger sister

Otis has a younger sister, Daisy Josephine, who is two years younger than him. His parents, following their split, have joint custody of them.
