Nathan Meyer

Nathan Meyer, who is better known as Nate, is the son of legendary football coach Urban Meyer. Nathan is a gifted athlete like his father. 

Before joining the Cincinnati football team in 2020, Nate was a scholarship baseball player at Cincinnati. He played for the two seasons with the Bearcats baseball squad.

Three-times national championship winner and one of the three coaches to win a national championship at 2 Universities, Urban is back with a bang as a new head coach of  Jacksonville Jaguars.  

The owner Shad Khan expressed his happiness with a statement,

How did his parents meet?

He was born to his father, Urban Meyer, and mother, Shelley Meyer. His parents first met at Sigma Chi's Derby days fraternity event, where Shelley was a part of its activities. 

They had to play games and earn points by making people smile without touching them. She got Urban to smile, showing him a central fold Playboy magazine and asking him, 

"Does this look like me"? 

At the time, she was seeing someone, due to which she rejected his initial approach. 

However, the couple ended up in marriage in 1986 after dating for two years. They are currently residing in Dublin, Ohio.

He has two older sisters 

Nathan is the youngest son in the family. He has two elder sisters, Nicole( Nicki) and Gisela Meyer (Gigi). Both of his sisters are athletes. 

Both of them played Division one volleyball. Nicki played at Georgia Tech while his other sister Gigi not only played but also coached at FGCU. 

Both of his sisters are happily married. He is an uncle to his two nephews, born to his elder sister Nicki with her husband, Corey Dennis. Her other sister married the love of her life, Brian Pruett, in 2020.

Madly in love with his girlfriend

Nathan is madly in love with his girlfriend, Callie Cloran. 

She has been part of the Meyer family and is seen everywhere celebrating time with the Meyer family. 

Callie's Instagram posts are flooded with pictures of them spending quality time together.

How long has he been dating?

They started dating since they were teens, and it has been seven years. Reminiscing their love, his girlfriend shares cute moments of them on every anniversary. They celebrate their anniversary in October.
