Michaela Silhava

Michaela Silhava is the daughter of Jaroslav Silhavy. She was born to parents Jaroslav and Dagmar Silhava and raised along with a sibling. 

Jaroslav professionally serves as a football manager and is currently managing the Czech Republic national football team. He was also a former player.

He started his senior career with TJ Skoda Plzen in 1979. He played on the top level with the club in the 1979-80 Czechoslovak First League.

In 1980 he joined RH Cheb and remained with the club for a decade. He then joined SK Slavia Prague and played with the club until 1994. 

With Petra Drnovice, he played for three years. In 1997, he joined FK Viktoria Zizkov. 

He also played international through Czechoslovakia national under-21 football team. He hung his boot in 1999

He has excelled as a player and also as a manager. He has managed many teams, including AC Sparta Prague B, SK Kladno, FC Viktoria Plzen and many others.  

He has totally changed the Czech Republic. 

From being a poor team to becoming tough, he believes in competing in the team with the strongest starring Scotland, England, and Croatia.
