Jackson allegedly grabbed a 40-year-old restaurant owner, Vaughn, by her throat and kissed her at least twice forcefully, and shoved a 19-year-old waiter more than one time. 

Both Vaughn and the waiter have given their statements to the police authority. 

Also, a video of the event has been handed to the police, along with a picture of Vaughn showing a bruise on her neck after the incident occurred.
