McKenzie Beckel is the daughter of an American political analyst, Pundit, and former political operative Bob Beckel and Leland Ingham Keyser. She was born in 1996.

Her father Bob Beckel met his other half (Leland Ingham) at the Columbia Country Club Golf Course. He was playing Golf with his other two friends. 

That's when Leland asked them to join them in a game. That time Bob was unaware of the fact that she was a pro player in Golf. 

He even asked her jokingly that if he has to wear ladies' tee because he saw that she was wearing a men's tee. 

Leland gave him that irritated look of hers, and he became quiet after that. 

In the first game, only she defeated him by sixty yards. However, after that, they remained in touch. 

Eventually, the couple started dating each other. The duo dated for three years before getting married.

 They used to go on several dates and attend parties before marriage.

The couple tied the knot on the 14th of November,1992. It was the day before Bob's 44th birthday. 

The couple had a huge age gap between them as Leland Ingham was only twenty-six years old at the time of their marriage.

It was almost 18 years of the enormous age gap. Although the couple never had any issues regarding the age gap, his father-in-law was against their marriage.
