Young Life

He was born in Wattenscheid, Germany. Mark was the middle child among his brothers. He has two brothers

Mark's father was a professional surgeon while his mother works as a nurse

When his father became the head of surgery at a hospital in Sulzbach, Saarland, his family moved to Friedrichsthal

They moved there around 1980. There he developed an interest in acting

Then Mark joined the local's children's theatre. Later the Actor joined an amateur theatre group.

In the year 1991, Mark Waschke moved to Berlin

Then from 1995 to 1999, Mark studied an acting course at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts

He even worked as a regular staff member of the Berlin Theatre company from 1998 to 2008. 

Mark played the lead role in plays such as Shakespeare's Macbeth and Tennessee William's Cat on a Hot Tin Roof

Mark Waschke became famous worldwide for his acting in one the most appreciated German Series Called "Dark." 

The first season of Dark was released in the year 2017. He played the character of Noah in it.
