Malcolm Scott

Malcolm Scott is the son of an American actor and producer, Campbell Scott. 

Campbell is best known for playing Victor Geddes alongside actress Julia Robert in the American romance film Dying Young(1991). 

His notable work includes a Long Time Companion, Singles, Roger Dodger, and Big Night. 

The movie Big Night which was under his and Stanley Tucci was critically acclaimed and was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize. 

They both earned the New York Film Critics Award and Boston Society of Film Critics Award for best director for their work in the film.

Campbell is the son of an award-winning actor, director, producer, George Campbell Scott, and Canadian-American actress, Collen Dewhurst. 

Both of them rose to fame from Broadway plays. George was the first actor to deny Oscar award for the Best Actor for his movie Patton in 1970. 

He left an indelible remark in the entertainment industry from his graceful talent. He died in 1999 at the age of 71 from a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm.
