Lyndrea used to hide under the bed to skip picking up the balls for her sisters

Lyndrea, during an exclusive first interview on “Red Table Talk “ together with her mom Oracene and her sisters hosted by Will Smith, confessed to hiding under the bed to skip picking up the balls for her sisters Serena and Venus

According to Isha, the ongoing tenacity of their father Richard to never give up and never stop chasing the dream and that there had to be an execution part of it that had to happen, the whole family worked together to make it happen.

While growing up, Lyndrea and her sisters played tennis but eventually, it narrowed down to them.

Lyndrea, along with late sister Yetunde and Isha, was out there picking up the balls for Serena and Venus, and sometimes Lydrea would skip a day or two.

According to Lyndrea, she was five at the time and didn’t want to go out in the rain as their father was like don’t miss a day, six days a week, rain or shine, go out and chase the dream.

Since she was just five, she could fit on the bed, so she hid under it. They also shared the reason behind the strong bond they share now, and that is they had each other from the beginning, and there was never a doubt.

There was always “This is going to happen” and never “Are they going to make it.” They revealed they became each other’s biggest supporters.

One of the executive producers of the movie "King Richard."

Isha is credited as an executive producer of the movie “King Richard,” a biographical drama film that depicts the life of her coach father, Richard Williams

She never missed any days on set while working for the film.

Lyndrea worked in the costume department while her sister Isha helped with everything from choosing the director to assuring every minute detail of their family life.

According to them, the hardest part during the King Richard process was sharing their late sister Tunde’s memories. Serena said she cried every time Tunde’s character appeared on the screen.

Serena, “Actually, it was an accident.”

Serena, back in the days while she was pregnant with her baby, mistakenly shared her picture flaunting her baby bump in a yellow bathing suit that went viral.

Serena describes that nobody was supposed to see that picture. She explained the scenario that she was on vacation, taking time for herself and enjoying the moment.

She says that her habit is that time and again, she checks her status on social media and also clicks pictures every week to observe how far she has been going.

She wasn’t sharing it with anybody but had just been saving the pictures. She describes that if you accidentally press anything on social media, it will be all over.

Serena says that her mobile doesn’t usually ring that much, but at that moment, she had four missed calls, and when she received the call, she went like NO.

Nevertheless, the lady says it was a good moment though.

When asked about how the lady actually felt when she heard the news of her being pregnant, Serena shared she got the news just before two days of the Australian Open, which is noticed to be one of the greatest grand slams.

She revealed being nervous and wasn’t sure what to think and do. However, she did know what actually was important for her at that point in time and was focused on the Australian Open

She went through deep thinking as she knows it’s dangerous in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Nevertheless, she went to play the game and also won it.

She confronted that after knowing about her pregnancy, she did play that part of a game in a different way as she claims it wasn’t that easy, though.

Serena thinks of herself as fortunate as she didn’t go through any morning sickness.

Serena, despite being in that phase, had to pack all those numerous emotions that a pregnant lady feels in that phase into a bag and throw them away.

As she is a player, she didn’t have any extra time to deal with that extra emotions as no one knew she was carrying a little baby inside.

US Open is expected to be the last tournament of her sister Serena’s career

Her iconic tennis star, 23-time Grand slam champion Serena announced her retirement from her tennis career via Vogue magazine on the month of August, admitting that there was no happiness in that.

In an interview, she had said she wasn’t ready to win Wimbledon this year and didn’t know if she would be ready to win in New York but was going to try.

Williams faced Emma Raducanu in the Opening round match at the Western And Southern Open in Cincinnati, where Raducanu beat Williams 6-4,6-0.

Raducanu achieved a victory over Williams without putting a wrong foot. As US Open is expected to be the last tournament of her career, Andy Murray believes the celebration of her career should be high.

He said the expectations for her run should be low, and the celebration of her career should be high since Serena had hardly played in the last few years.

He added he was sad when he first heard about it, but at the same time, she will probably want this week to be about everything she has achieved, having a nice send off, more of a celebration than being upset that is the end.

Williams said that after her retirement, she will focus on Serena Venture, a venture capital firm, and will expand her family.

She said she is enthusiastic about walking downstairs to her office and reviewing companies they are thinking of investing in.

She started investing nine years ago and fell n love with the whole idea at an early stage.

She also revealed she and her husband Alexis has been trying for a baby in the last year and that they got the good news from the doctor who recently told them that they could add a family whenever they are ready.

She said she did not want to be pregnant as an athlete again. She added that she needs to be two feet into tennis or two feet out.

In the end, Williams said she would miss that version of herself, that girl who played tennis.
