She had a love affair with a guy named Richard Gill. Lisa met Richard, a crane worker in the Old Crown Inn on London roads in the 1980s. 

He is six years older than her. The two began dating and fell in love eventually. After sometimes, Lisa became pregnant of her first child in 1986. 

She gave birth to a son on 11 January 1987 in Sheffield, England. The baby was Jamie Vardy, a footballer. After their baby was born, Richard moved in with Lisa. 

At that time, she was living in her parent's house. Within a month, Richard began an affair with another woman and left Jamie and Lisa. He abandoned both and gone.
