Leila Buffett, real name Leila Stahl Buffett is a lady married to US Congressman Howard Buffett. She is also recognized as a mother of a great man Warren Buffett who is also an investor and philanthropist.

Leila Married an American Businessman 

Leila was from Estonia and was a descendant of her family, whereas Howard, on the other hand, was from Omaha, Nebraska. By profession, he was a businessman and an investor too. 

But his parents were owners of a grocery store. After trying his best, he couldn't secure his job in the family business. Therefore, he started his own business related to a stock brokerage firm. 

The starting career of Howard was never been easy. He has been a part of Republican Sacrificial Lamb in Nebraska's and been subsequent in the election. 

Howard was a critic and has also supported fully to the gold standard. Later on, she married him in 1925. As she is from Estonia, but after they were together, they decided to move to Omaha.

How did Mr. Buffett meet his wife?

Leila Stahl, who became Mrs. Buffett, was born to parents John Ammon Stahl and Stella F Barber. She grew up in West Point. 

Mr. Buffett, on the other hand, was born to Henrietta Duvall Buffett and Ernest P. Buffett.  

According to the sources, Howard met his wife at the University of Nebraska for the first time; the inside story hasn't been known yet. Other information is not disclosed till now.

Leila Buffett was married to Howard Buffett and was blessed with three children. Counting from the elder one is Warren Buffett, a businessman, investor, and philanthropist. 

He is also the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway. He is the only son of their parents and has two younger sisters Doris Buffett and Roberta Buffett. 

Warren has been very successful in his career and is recognized as a successful investor. He was interested in business from an early age when he got inspired by the book named One Thousand Ways to Make $1000. 

In his initial stage, he also sold Coca-Cola bottles and magazines. He also joined his family business for a while. According to the sources, he doesn't want to go to college and directly join the business. 

But his father, Howard, didn't allow him. But now, he is considered the fourth wealthiest person in the world.

Leila has two daughters after her son. Everyone knows Warren Buffett, but her daughters' information has not been revealed yet. 

According to the sources, her daughter Doris Buffett, real name Doris Eleanor Buffett was also a philanthropist and the founder of the Sunshine Lady and many other foundations. 

The lady fought the hardest battle cancer two times. She is no more, and as per the sources, she gave all her money away before she left the world.  

Roberta Buffett is also a daughter of Leila. As per sources, she was the first investor in Berkshire Hathaway. 

She is a supportive lady and was engaged in building up the Cancer Hospital and several other projects. She had also donated $105 million for Behavioral Health recently.

Death of Buffett's Family members

Leila Buffett took her last breath in 1996 at the age of 93. Her daughter Doris inherited her fortune, with which she created for the Sunshine Foundation. 

Doris, one of Lila's daughters, also passed away recently on August 4, 2020, at 92. Leila's husband Howard Buffett also died in 1964 at the age of 61. 

According to the sources, he was suffering from a long illness. Other causes of the death of Buffett's family haven't been disclosed yet.

Though the net worth of Leila Buffett is unclear but going through her son's history till now, he is considered the wealthiest person in the world, having $83.6 billion and listed on the 3rd rank. 

He is also the CEOs of Berkshire Hathaway and invested in a lot of other sources such as real estate, equities, and renewable energy.
