Lalie Bertuzzo is a first child and only daughter of formal World No.1 tennis player Justine Henin.

Announcement of her birth

Justine Henin announced that she was pregnant on 12 September 2012 with her boyfriend, Benoit Bertuzzo. 

The couple began dating in 2011. After having a love affair for a year, she announced her pregnancy.

She gave birth to her first child, Lalie Bertuzzo on 20 March 2013. At that time, her age was 30 years old.

Secret wedding of her parents

After having a love affair for almost four years, the couple decided to take their relationship to the next level. 

They tied knot in a private ceremony in Corsica.

 She played her first game after retirement at the Brisbane International. 

She announced her retirement from tennis for the second time due to her elbow injury on 26 January 2011. 

She had fractured a ligament in her elbow at Wimbledon and after that doctor advised her to leave her career. 

So she decided to take retirement from a beautiful journey of her life.  She began playing tennis at the age of five and end her professional career at the age of 28.
