Kim Sears is the daughter of British tennis player turned coach Nigel Sears, so she has a connection with the tennis circle from her childhood days.

Her second daughter Edie Murray was born on 8 November 2017

The couple welcomed their third baby as a son in 2019, and his name is Teddy Barron Murray.
