He further went on to explain another value, starting with strength. According to him, he is the firm believer that he is raising men, not boys, so that they have to be strong.

The third is resilience, where one needs to get ready for everything in life, including failure. One should be ready to get the punch being resilient. 

Talking about handling the kids with technology, he said that his kids are not that much connected to cell phones, and he wants to put the phone things off as long as he can because there is a lot of harm than good in the current scenario.
