Katherine Bertsch is famous as a celebrity mother. She is the mother of an American attorney, television host, and former NFL cheerleader, Emily Compagno.

She married John Compagno, who was a commander in the U.S. Navy.

She is of German descent, while her spouse is of Italian descent.

He purchased a neglected but well planted Pinot noir vineyard in the Carneros. 

The wines come from their vineyards in the Willamette and Napa Valleys. The business completed 11 years on the 24th of May, 2021.

She has two more daughters

She is the mother of three daughters, Natalie, Julietta, and Emily. Emily is the youngest daughter of three. 

Emily was born on the 9th of November, 1979, at Oak Knoll Naval Hospital, where her husband John was the Blood Bank Director at the time. 

All of her three daughters are in their respective career paths. 

Her eldest daughter is an event planner, a travel writer, and owns a travel book store. She has traveled to 100 countries to date. 

Her second daughter, Julietta, is a child psychologist and co-founder of Sproutable, a private co-parent coaching, and positive Discipline online class. 

All of her daughters are happily married.

She was diagnosed with cancer 

She was diagnosed with cancer while Emily was young. With the Grace of God, she survived the cancer battle.

A private wedding ceremony 

Emily is happily married to her husband Peter Riley, who is a dentist by profession. 

The couple had been dating since their teenage days. They tied a wedding knot on the 13th of September, 2017 in a private ceremony in hotel Villa Cimbrone, Italy. 

The couple is yet to become parents.
