Julie Asher-Smith is the mother of Dina Asher-Smith, a sprinter from England.

She dated British sprinter Zharnel Hughes for around one year. 

Zharnel is a sprinter who specializes in the 100 and 200 meters

He is the gold medalist at the 2018 European Championship in the 100 and 400 meters relay. 

He was born to a pretty middle-class family as his mother was a housekeeper and his father was a taxi driver. 

He was disqualified from the game at Commonwealth game at 200m.
