She proposed Hart in 2005 during a Mammoth Lakes motocross race after their brief separation in 2003.

Later after noticing, he veered off the track to accept the proposal right then and finish the race. 

The loving duo tied the wedding knot on January 7, 2006, in Costa Rica.
