Jonnie’s dad was spotted talking about considering suicide

Jonnie’s father, Jerry, was captured having a deep conversation with Graham Bensinger

The host started the interview by talking about the book Jerry had published, which was based on the depression, his brother’s death, and physical abuse from his father.

The interviewer said that from his close members, he got to know that the book has somehow been therapeutic to Jerry

In return, Jerry stated that in today’s date, there are so many things kept hidden about people that they talk about it a bit more if they have a platform that Jerry sometimes had.

He accepted the fact that it is therapeutic. Jerry confronted that he had received numerous letters from people thanking him that he had published the book.

It’s because most of them had gone through the same situation. Jerry then remembers his late brother, who got killed.

He stated how his late brother used to support and encourage him while Jerry was young. Furthermore, Jerry told how that horrific incident changed him.

He called himself a tough kid whose best friend was himself. Later, Jerry was asked about the feelings he had shared in his autobiography.

Jerry mentioned in the book that “Suicide takes courage.” To know about Jerry’s explanation, click the link given below.

Jonnie and Michelle talk about Michelle’s golf career and how they first met.

Jonnie and Michelle together appeared on the Studio XXII Podcast, where they talked about their career and how they first met.

Michelle, who is a professional golfer, started playing golf when she was four years old

She says she just knew she wanted to be a professional athlete, so she tried playing all different sports.

She wanted to be a tennis player, and she did gymnastics in ballet, did baseball.

Then she figured out she was good at sports with something in between her hands and the ball and slowly realized she was not that much athletic in terms of running or catching, so she landed upon playing golf.

Her first time at the golf course was when she was seven.

She was just 10 when she got qualified for a national event, and at 12, she won the biggest event in Hawaii by 13 strokes

Michelle says the game of golf has become a lot harder compared to her younger days. In your younger days, you are just too confident.

There is no fear, nothing bad has happened to you, and you are just going with the body and mind full of confidence and afraid of nothing.

Still, as you get older bad things to happen, and fear gets instilled in you, so she always tries to have a mindset like she had when she was a kid because a lot of bad things happen, and you get scared, she added.

It was nothing different for Michelle to compete with professional men because she was a huge tomboy growing up and would play with the boys.

When she tried baseball, she was the only girl on the boy’s baseball team, and she made the all-star team.

She played basketball with the boys, so when she ended up playing Sony Open, some PGA tour events, people sort of made a deal out of it and started like girls can’t do that, and all but that became a motivating factor to her to do it even more.

She was 16 when she got a Nike deal, but nothing in her life changed. Her parents drove her to school; she attended the same high school and hung out with the same friends.

Her parents put all the money in a trust for her, and she was not allowed to touch it, which she is now very grateful for.

Jonnie added to say what amazes him the most about his wife is that still, to date, she is so normal that no one would think that she was exposed to all this and has been in the public eye at a very young age which he thinks most people can’t handle.

The couple also shared how they first met. According to Michelle, back in December of 2018, they first met through mutual friends.

Professional golfer Justin Thomas is a good friend of hers who stayed with Jonnie’s family during the L.A. Open during Greenbrier, so they got to know each other.

Also, they knew each other through mutual Stanford friends as well. Jonnie’s close friend is one of her best friends at Stanford, and eventually, things worked out.

She said both of them were not patient, so things happened quickly.

They got engaged three months after, got married after eight months, and Michelle got pregnant with their daughter after 11 months.
