Joe Odom is the celebrity father of an American former professional basketball player named Lamar Odom. 

He was in the military and also fought in the Vietnam war. He was a serious d*ug addict. Unfortunately, he is no longer among us. 

Lamar used to be one of the greatest basket players till now. He played for the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association (NBA).
