Joani and her husband share three children from their beautiful marriage. Their three children are two daughters named Megan and Ainsley and a son named Riley.

In her view, Joani thinks that being parents, they somehow involve their children in their professional life. 

Joani recalls that when her dad was busy practicing, her mom would take them out to practice. 

Otherwise, they all sit at the kitchen table, and she would be busy coloring her dad’s scouting reports. 

She says that was how they spent time together. It was somehow always around the football. 

Her brother Jack also says that Joani was an all-rounder, the best hot–splicer they had in the program. 

Moreover, the lady would take a playbook mentality at the time of rehearsing lines for a school play. 

Joani jokingly also says that she was like a munchkin towards the Wizard of Oz, and basically, she was high-offended.
