Jessica Ditzel is the former model and is famously known for being the wife of Joe Rogan. She was born in Sugar Land, Texas. 

She is the daughter of Jeff Conrad Ditzel, a member of the popular Minneapolis band Ditch Pickles. She is the coolest momma of three wonderful children.

He has stated in interviews that his father was physically abusive, and his mother separated from him and moved to San Francisco and later to Gainesville.

Parenting 

They are parents to three children. Joe adopted Kayja after he married Jessica. He is the biological parents of 13-year-old Lola and 11-year-old Rosy. 

Kayja followed her late father's footsteps and is seen pursuing a musical journey. He doesn't post about his children on social media and talks about them only a few times in his podcast.

Before Jessica, he was in a relationship with Jerri Manthey in 1997.
