Jennifer Kitna is famous as the wife of a former American football quarterback, Jon Kitna. 

Jennifer was born to her father, Charles Durrow, who served in the U.S. Navy.

They are college sweethearts.

Jennifer and Jon are college sweethearts. They first met while studying at Central Washington University and started dating soon after. 

They walked down the aisle on the 13th of August, 1994, and have been together since then.

But it was not smooth sailing. While they were dating, Jon was caught cheating. In an interview back in 2007, Jennifer addressed Jon cheating on her. "Being young and in love was a big blow," she said. 

But they made it through staying up late and sorting things out that night. Jennifer said she could tell that Jon was genuinely remorseful because he hit the wall with his throwing hand.

She is the proud mother of four

Jennifer is the proud mother of four grown-up kids: three sons, Jordan, Jalen, and Jamison, and a daughter, Jada. 

All of her three sons are following in their father's footsteps. 

Their father coached all three of them at different points during their careers. In an interview with BVM Sports, Jon said they are a football family and coach as a family. 

His wife ensures their kids need nutrition, and his daughter is highly involved in running practices, getting what they need, such as spotting the ball, snapping the quarterbacks, filming, and taking pictures. "It's a dream come true to do it as a family and work side by side," It's he added.

Her son Jalen was dismissed from the team 

Her son Jalen was a quarterback at Florida. Still, he was dismissed from the team after he was arrested in November 2022 on a federal child pornography charge and faced five felony counts of possessing and distributing child pornography. 

At the time, Jalen was on the Florida Gators football team, but he was dismissed shortly after his arrest.

This was probably one of the most tragic days of Jennifer's life to see her son go through all this. No mother would ever want to see her child go through all this. However, this turmoil did not last long. 

Jalen was later cleared of child pornography charges. In an interview with Daily Mail, Jalen said he is not the person portrayed during the investigation. 

It explained that the accusations levied against him as a teenager were inaccurate and would be proven untrue, but he remained silent for the last eight months out of respect for the legal process. 

He also explained how, on the 30th of November,2022, at the age of 19, detectives arrived at his home and began to ask about his pornography use. 

He said he was compliant and shared all of his passwords without hiding anything and was taken aback when they told him that an image he shared online was potentially of an underage because he had discovered it on an easily accessible legal site.

Jalen further said that the expert Jennifer's prosecution and court officials reviewed the expert's findings as complete and accurate, showing that he is not the person portrayed at the outset. 

And also that realized how quickly naïve decisions can lead to catastrophic consequences.

Her husband didn't like playing football while growing up.

Jon hated football while growing up. He would not have played football if it weren't for his best friend. 

According to him, he was undersized until he was in ninth grade. He was just five feet two inches tall in eighth grade, so he had to play for the fourth-grade team; in fifth grade, his best friend was six feet three inches tall and was a freakish athlete. 

He initially didn't like football, but he played it to be with his buddies. 

If he was not going to play football, he would miss out and wouldn't want to hang around his house because his parents would put him to work. 

He recalled his first practice, where they were doing a modified Oklahoma drill. He had to go up and got to hit the kid. He hit him and later asked the coach afterward that he was in fifth grade, so what position he had to play not to hit somebody. 

His coach then replied, "Quarterback." He started playing quarterback immediately but didn't" like it all through high school. The only job he had was handing the ball to Lawyer Milloy. 

He then went to college, and one of the reasons was to play baseball because he loved playing baseball. He could play both baseball and football at college. His coach, Greg Olsen, whom he had for three years, taught him the love of the game and how to play quarterback. 

He eventually fell in love with football and gave up baseball.
