Izabella Hamilton is the daughter of wave surfer and model, Laird Hamilton, and big-wave surfer, Maria Souza.

Laird Hamilton, a model cum surfer

Izabella's father, Laird Hamilton, is a model cum surfer. He was the first surfer to perform at a 360-degree loop.

He is a renowned surfer who is known for innovating new techniques in surfing, such as tow surfing and foil boarding.

He is recognized as the great surfer of all time because of his regular surfing at 35 feet tall and with a speed of 30 miles an hour.

But the strange fact about her father is that despite being a great surfer, he was reluctant to compete and never took part in the World Championship Tour of surfing.

Along with surfer Izabella's father, Laird was also interested in modeling and acting.

He has done several photoshoots including with actress Brooke Shields. He was seen in the movie, such as 'North Shore' and 'Moving Target,' 'The Descendants,' 'Point Break,' and many others.

Izabella's parents follow the same passion for surfing. Her mother, Maria, fell in love with surfing when she was introduced to surfing at 13.

Since then, she is following this profession passionately. She was the first woman to do surfing in the powerful waves of Peahi, Maui.

Laird ex-wife is trained with almost all surfing and even trained people in tow-in- surfing, foil surfing, windsurfing, kiteboarding, Hawaiian Canoe, tandem surfing stand-up paddle.

Apart from surfing, she is now specialized on Stand-up paddling, SUP Downwind, SUP surfing, SUP yoga, SUP racing, and big wave surfing.

Father second wedding

Although Izabella's mother did not go for the second wedding, but her father did it with Gabrielle Reece, an American professional volleyball player, sports announcer, and actress.

Apart from playing career, she is a fashion model and promoter of the brands such as Ebel sportwave, Nike sportswear, Dannon Light, eBags.com, and Pure Via.

Her father's second wedding nuptial was held on November 30, 1997.

Izabella's parent's love story was unique. They at first met in 1995 when Reece was hosting TV-show' Extremists,' but her father was not interested in being a part of that show and be interviewed.
