Igor Angelovski

Igor Angelovski is a Macedonian professional football manager and a former player who is currently the North Macedonia national team manager. It is the second managerial job for Igor. 

He has been in charge since October 2015. He previously has managed Rabotnicki in the Macedonian first league. Under his charge, Rabotnicki won Macedonian first league and twice the Macedonian Cup.

Proudest moment of his managerial career

North Macedonia qualified for Euro 2020 after a 1-0 victory over Georgia in their play-off final in November 2020. 

For the World Cup qualifiers, North Macedonia achieved a stunning  2-1 victory over Germany in Duisburg, which is the historical moment for Macedonia as an independent nation to get qualified in the major tournament.  

Furthermore, it is the proudest moment of Igor's managerial career so far. Igor admitted that he was the happiest man in the world when his team qualified for the European Championship. 

When the team reached the major tournament beating World Cup Champion Germany, it was like winning the European Championship for North Macedonia.

Married life 

Igor is married to Tanja Angelovska. The couple married on June 7th, 2011, in a private wedding ceremony.

From their union, the couple delivered three beautiful kids, Luca, Luna, and Lea. 

They are living blissful life along with their three kids. His wife and children usually remain out of the spotlight. Igor also does not share much about his spouse and kids in the public.

Igor is a family man. He always emphasizes his family and their constant support.
