A simple idea of investing led Warren, a self-made billionaire
Warren is a self-made billionaire who made his fortune applying the philosophy of investing that he acquired from Benjamin Graham while studying at Columbia Business School and later working under him as a system analyst in his firm.
He was a business enthusiast from an early age.
He started his small business at the tender age of six by purchasing a six-pack of Coke for 25 cents and selling each can for a nickel, selling magazines from door to door, and later using the saved money in purchasing pinball machines that he placed in a local business.
He made his first million from his partnership firm at 32, which he later sold.
From 1962, he began buying the shares of Berkshire Hathaway until he got control of the company.
He became a textile company Berkshire Hathaway's CEO.

Howard married Leila Stahl Buffett, whom he met while studying at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.
The couple ended up marrying on December 27, 1925.

Out of his three children, two daughters Doris Buffett, Roberta Buffett Elliott, and son Warren Buffett, his eldest daughter Doris died at 92.
Founder of the Sunshine Lady Foundation and The letters Foundation, Doris died in August 2020 at her home in Rockport, Maine, surrounded by friends and families.
