Helen Redwine rose to fame as the ex-spouse of Quin Snyder, an American basketball coach who is currently the head coach of the Utah Jazz.
Quin is in his seventh season with Utah Jazz. Helen was born Helen MacMillan Redwine and was named after her mother, Helen Wright Redwine.

After serving as an assistant coach for Los Angeles Clippers and Duke, Quin’s finally landed a head coaching post at Missouri, followed by D league Austin Toros.
Before taking over Utah Jazz in 2014, he served as an assistant coach for Philadelphia 76ers, Los Angeles Lakers, CSKA Moscow, and Atlanta Hawks.

Her marriage survived for seven years
Helen and Quin walked down the aisle in September 1999 in an intimated ceremony.
Snyder, at the time, was serving for the University of Missouri Tigers men’s basketball team.
Snyder and Helen were already engaged before taking over the managerial post at Missouri.
However, the marriage only survived for seven years. Coincidentally the marriage that started in the year of his head coaching job at Missouri came to an end in the same year of his departure from Missouri in 2006.
Her ex-husband remarried after four years of their divorce
Her ex-husband found love the second time after he met his now-wife Amy Snyder in early 2010.
The couple dated briefly before tying a knot in few months after their meet. Quin and Amy have been together since then and are living a blissful married life with no signs of separation.
His wife Amy is the co-founder of PEER International. She has been serving as the director of Curriculum Design and Evaluation since 2006.
Mother of one
Helen is the mother of her son Owen Snyder whom she shares with her ex-husband Quin. Owen was born on Christmas day in 2002, weighing 5 pounds and 12 ounces.
He recently graduated from St. George’s School, Newport. He was just four when his parents got separated.
But Quin is not only the father of Owen, but he is also the father of his three more children, Anika, Wyatt, and Madeleine Snyder, whom he shares with his wife, Amy.
Life after divorce
After her divorce from her husband, her son became her life, her source of happiness. She is incredibly close to her son and is more like friends.
As a picture speaks itself, her Instagram posts are almost filled with pictures of her with her son living every moment together.
As a part of her small family, she had 3 dogs which she described as her truest and longest companion. Two of her dogs, Ajax and Max, passed away in 2017 and 2015, respectively.
