Cameron started his journey as a tennis player from a young age, but it was difficult for him in New Zealand.

So at the age of 15, he moved to Europe again all by himself to continue his career as a tennis player, and in 2011 he moved to London alone for his tennis training. 

He did fly back to New Zealand in 2020, just before the pandemic. He gained a lot by moving to London.
