Nevertheless, she clarified that her daughter was happy and was in great spirits. Both Steve and Gina are in shock, but there had been no red flags. 

Moreover, Katie's father said that her late daughter seemed like her usual jovial self in her last conversation. 

Nevertheless, being a parent, they say that she might have gotten disciplinary notice from her university, which might have created a great impact on their daughter. 

However, there was all over Katie was defending a teammate at her college over an incident and also going through some repercussions of her for defending that teammate. 

But her dad told Gina that they had not found or seen the email describing the whole scenario. 

Not only this, but Gina also said that her daughter has been getting letters for several months. 

Lastly, there was the final letter where it was mentioned that there would be a trial or something like that. 

Other than that, the college where she was reading, i.e., Stanford University, established a statement where it mentioned showing regard to her parents' concerns stating that their entire community was devastated by this situation and had shared their deepest condolences with her family and everybody who know her at campus and around the world.
