On the first date of April back in 1984, the father-son had a quarrel on the topic of his parent's opinion. 

After which, his biological dad shot him not once but twice. The first shot passed towards his right side chest, which damaged his right lung, liver, stomach, diaphragm etc. Marvin Sr. then shot him one more time at point-blank range. 

The artist was declared dead at California Hospital Medical Center.
