Frankie Delgado is a Mexican-American actor, reality star, and producer best known for his appearance on The Hills.

Married Life and Wife

He is happily married to the love of his life, Jennifer Acosta. He popped the big question to his partner on February 14, 2012, in Cabo San Lucas.

A year later, the couple exchanged the wedding vows on June 15, 2013, in Dana Point, California. 

The ceremony was attended by his close friends and family including his fellow cast members Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler from The Hills.

His wife Jennifer Acosta joined The Hills: New Beginnings cast alongside him, which premiered in 2019. 

But what was it like for Jennifer to have her story unfold in the reality show? 

During the conversation with US Weekly, Frankie revealed that his wife was initially too nervous about filming for the MTV reality show because of her camera-shy nature. 

He said Jennifer was camera shy but got used to it bit by bit. 

He added to say that she got overwhelmed when they were in New York because the outfits were never repeated, and she was not used to not repeating outfits. 

It was also him who made her comfortable, saying she got to be herself and that she was so beautiful, she need not have to change anything and just asked her to enjoy the ride.

She’s so non-confrontational that she is going to be kind of like me, so I won’t have to defend her on the show, but if anybody does step out of the line, like any good husband, they should go on defending the woman, right? he further added. 

How his life changed in nine years before coming back with The Hills sequel 

The Hills aired for six seasons on MTV from 2006 to 2010 before the series came with its sequel, The Hills: New Beginning. 

While appearing on ET Live to speak of the show, Frankie also revealed the cast stopped talking after the show ended and how his life changed in nine years. 

Frankie was asked what the relationship with the cast members was like throughout the years since the show ended? 

He said everybody was on their own before the reboot. 

The most surprising part was he didn’t get an invitation to Brody’s wedding as they were incredibly close to each other, and the word that Brody said to him as he and him just sort of grew apart. 

Frankie said he still has much love for Brody and the only person who was in touch with him was Lauren. 

Besides that, he also revealed in his nine years, there was a lot of change. 

He met his future wife, got married, had two beautiful kids, and for every penny he made, he reinvested it in himself and became part of SB with their nightlife division. 

He also opened a club called Hyde Sunset which, according to him, became the go-to place for everyone in five years.
