Evelyn Penn Willis is famous as a celebrity kid. She is the daughter of a retired American actor, comedian, and singer, Bruce Willis.

Her parents, Bruce and Emma, first met in 2007 at their mutual trainer’s gym. 

A year later, in 2008, they stepped out together, appearing at the premiere of her father’s film What just happened? at the Sundance Film Festival. 

During an interview with People, her mother talked about their first meeting, where she said she was surprised to see his charming and humorous nature. 

She also gushed about him, saying she found him extremely handsome, while he added that he was already in love with her.

Her father’s battle with aphasia led him to step away from his acting career

Her father was diagnosed with aphasia recently. 

Aphasia is a neurological condition that affects a person’s ability to communicate verbally or through writing. 

People were noticing him having cognitive issues, so the family made an announcement back in March 2022 revealing his diagnosis with aphasia and sharing that he would be stepping away from his acting career, which has meant so much to him. 

As a rock, her mother has been playing the role of a caregiver for the family. 

During an interview in May with The Bump, she shared about the mental toll that the role of caregiver has had on her mental health. 

She said she struggles with making time for self-care every day. 

She puts her family’s needs above her own, which she found does not make her any kind of hero and that the amount of care for everyone else within her household had taken a toll on her mental health and overall health, and it served no one in the family, she expressed. 

She has an elder sister

Evelyn has an older sister Mabel Ray Willis who is two years elder than her. 

Besides that, she has three older half-sisters, Rumer, Tallulah Willis, and Scout LaRue, born to her father with his ex-wife, actress Demi Moore. 

Her father was married to Moore for more than a decade. He admitted to having failed as a father and a husband by not being able to make it work. 

Evelyn and all of her sisters share an extremely tight bond. Her eldest sister Rumer is an actress.
