Eric Stonestreet is an American actor and comedian. 

He is known best for his role in Modern Family as Cameron Tucker, in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Bad Teacher and many others.

Despite the fact that Eric Stonestreet is straight, people often confuse him as gay because of him playing an excellent role in Modern Family as Cameron Tucker who is Mitchell's husband. 

He portrayed the character so well that audience assumed him to be gay for a long period of time.

"I say I'm openly straight, I never thought this would be the character that people would know me for but it is just an honor to play him."

He was in a relationship with his girlfriend Katherine Tokarz for a long period of time. They started dating in 2000 but sadly their relationship could not last and they ended their relationship in 2012 after 12 years of relationship. 

Their break up was confirmed when the news of Katherine Tokarz's engagement was reported by E! in September 18, 2012.

After that Eric Stonestreet started dating Charlize Theron right away. The news of them dating was published by Daily Mail in September 23, 2012. 

Even though they were happy with each other, their relationship did not last and they broke up.

Eric Stonestreet started dating another woman in 2015. There were even rumors that Eric Stonestreet was going to take Bethenny as his life partner in July 2014 but their relationship also ended without any disclosure of reasons.

In August 30, 2017, the news came out that Eric Stonestreet was dating Lindsay Schweitzer who is a pediatric nurse. 

They are happy in their relationship. He posted a picture of him with his girlfriend in Valentine's Day with a caption,

He recently posted a video and pictures of teasing his girlfriend and taking her video while telling her he was clicking a picture in Instagram with a caption,
