Elina Gollert is the celebrity wife of Simon Kjaer, who is a Danish professional football player.

The superstitions and languages:

According to Simon, he is not a firm practicer of superstitions and stuff related to that, but he also says that it doesn’t mean that he doesn’t believe in them. 

He believes that the first sock you pick is always the right leg, and he does that every day.

Simon grew up learning a lot about languages and speaking different languages. 

He knows a total of five different languages and can speak them. Some of the languages that he speaks are Danish, English, and Italian.

He recalls going to the Ballon d’Or award ceremony event for the very first time and also being shortlisted, but later going through the first serious injury of his whole career. 

He mentioned that injury had given a chance to him to think. He shared that it gave him the opportunity to see, reflect and work on various parts of his body. 

Simon pointed it that it was the thing that he wouldn’t have gotten time to work on. Of course, Simon didn’t want that injury, but it happened. 

But after it happened, there were several other things he needed to do that gave him the chance to work. 

Simon revealed that he trains for around 6 to 8 hours a day, he further added that he comes to Milanello, works at home, and gives his full concentration on whatever work he can do. 

Simon says it takes time, but the more he does, there are more chances to be back and even be more stronger. 

However, he puts himself in the position or in that time frame to be back soon while ensuring he is in great shape. 

Simon says he has gotten many messages from people he didn’t even know. But admitted that he feels the source of great pride. 

Simon says that on social media, there are comments like rival clubs. 

He also thanked them for this, and he said that they all know that when he is finally back on the field, he won’t make any concessions against them, Simon added. 

But he has felt difficult the first few weeks as he says he is not very mobile but had completed his task to send messages to some lads out there saying that when he gets back, he will definitely be on their necks. 

Simon says that this is obviously a source of motivation for him, too, to provide all for the team both on-and-off field.
