He was also bullied for that in a very severe way. 

After some years, his body became much stronger due to sports and exercises that he did, and he didn't need any walking devices when he was in his teenage years. 

The car accident:

Dyna got in a horrible car accident and was partially paralyzed for six years, and couldn't work. 

It was a very hard time for the family, and RJ started to do any job he could to help his family even though he was just 13 years old.
