Michael also had pizza and pasta, which he claims is his trifecta that he likes to go with. Michael also admitted usually he doesn't have that many carbs in one sitting. 

He eats carbs earlier in the day so he could work it off but shares that he has more rice and salads and vegetable stuff like that. 

Michael also confronted that he had to be so disciplined. Many of you might not know, but people were sending food to him, which in return, Michael sent to his family instead.
