He was born on September 12, 1985, in Rossano, Italy to Italian parents.

From their marital bliss, they welcomed three children including Domenico

His parents immigrated to Esslingen, Germany from Calabria when he was two years old in the 1980s

They moved to Germany's well-off southwest in search of work.

His father worked as a painter for a newspaper and his mother worked as a cleaner in Germany.

His parents brought him up along with his siblings in a small town near Stuttgart

During an interview, Domenico said there was enough food on the table for three kids but they had no luxuries.

Who is his wife?

Domenico has been happily married to his wife. He has not revealed any information about his wife.

According to sources, they are blessed with two children.

How did he become a football coach?

Domenico started his career as a player with an amateur side ASV Aichwald

One day after the game, a person from the club came to the dressing room and asked if anyone was interested in looking after the under-sixes.

Domenico took no time to raise his hand and went on to coach under-sixes.

He found the experience to be interesting and enjoyed every second of coaching the kids.

He then won the league before starting his professional career as a coach.

During an interview, while discussing their win, he said that they went route one, hitting it early to a really fast forward.

He then took his coaching career and his studies side by side.

He had taken charge of the under-nines while he was studying for his bachelor's.

After completing his bachelor's, he continued coaching part-time and found a good job in a company that produced car parts for Mercedes.

He reached a point where he realized that he was spending too much time thinking about football during work.

He said it is important to do the one job one is doing one hundred percent and if he gets the sense he is not fully committed he has to stop.

During the same time, he was watching top managers, Jose Mourinho, Sir Alex Ferguson, Frank Rijkaard, and others trying to understand their tactical setups and copying them as much as possible.

He had also sent out a CV to Stuttgart.

Stuttgart acknowledged his potential and offered him a coaching job for the under-17s.

He had taken good care of them as a side's caretaker manager and won a couple of games with them.

And the rest is history.
