Diogo Jota is a Portuguese professional footballer. He plays as a forward for Premier League club Liverpool and also plays in the Portuguese national team. 

His full name is Diogo Jose Teixeira da Silva and his nickname is Jota. He was born in Massarelos, Porto, Portugal.
